The Robo is very good. They first send an international fake dispatch code and then send a national code. Arrives well packed and with Anatel seal. Delivered after the due date, but not long after.
But he seems to have a chronic problem with a certain lot (I had contact with another owner with the same problem but his was bought in Brazil). Have him vacuum at full power. A short time later, he stops and warns that the dust reservoir is not installed. You send the complaint and engine number inside the dust tank (you have to disassemble) and say that the engine has problems. In the case of the one purchased in Brazil, they sent a new reservoir with a new engine. This one bought here, they were told. They sent fake tracking that does not exist and stopped answering questions about the shipment. We are left with questions about the guarantee .... So take this into consideration.
This error does not give in normal or low power or using the water reservoir.

The robot aspires very well, it is a little tall but easily entered for example under the stove. The cloth ironing function also made me very surprised positively, I can choose which room to do first and at the end it does not get stained, on the contrary, everything is very well cleaned. Work is only the same in relation to a conventional cleaning to remove the furniture.
I am using almost 30 days and I am very pleased, I was just having difficulties with the connection but I updated the app and now it's all right.
